Sally Gregg, Managing Broker
For over 40 years, Sally has helped her clients sell and buy the homes of their dreams, while showing unparalleled compassion and a knack for actualizing the best result for each person she assists. As part of her commitment to deliver a high level of professionalism, Sally has earned the distinctive designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. As a member of the Boomer generation, she’s proud to have also obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.
“My primary focus is to meet the client’s goals,” explains Sally, an expert in the areas of new construction, acreage, equestrian, and resale properties. “I know real estate transactions can be stressful and require a large degree of grace. Any change, good or bad, is stressful. It’s my job to lessen the stress as much as possible.”
Having spent eight years as a new construction project manager for the Burnsteads, Sally gained insight that she carried over to her job as managing broker. “What I’ve learned is to ALWAYS take care of the client. That is my specialty.”
When she is not selling homes, Sally enjoys contributing time, talent, and treasure to a variety of non-profit causes in our community. Past Board of Directors Co-Chair of Hopelink, the Eastside community service agency, Board Chair for Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center, and Vice Chair for Habitat for Humanity are two of her former positions.
Graham Gregg, Managing Broker
Born in Bellevue, Graham has called the Pacific Northwest home for almost his entire life. He left only to attend undergraduate school at University of San Diego, play a little rugby, and then to pursue a graduate degree at Vermont College of Fine Arts. Upon returning to the Seattle area Graham decided to join his mother, Sally, in the real estate business. Graham is a seasoned professional in the service industry. He takes his knowledge of high touch service to new heights as Sally's business partner. Graham's attention to detail, devotion to service, and interpersonal skills are a true asset for their clients. Graham delights in being an integral part of the family business. He feels that the Pacific Northwest and the Seattle area are truly special places and would be honored to help anyone find a home here.
In his spare time, Graham enjoys traveling with his wife Shoshana (most recently to the Yucatan, England, France, Montana, Belize), reading, being outdoors, going to art museums, going to the dog park with his pup Willa, and taking long road trips in his old pickup truck. Throughout Covid and beyond Graham and Shoshana have worked with Doggone Seattle to foster pups and find them good homes.
